What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods are cash, cashier's check, money order, and wire transfer. We can also charge any major credit card saved on your profile for select items.
When do items need to be picked up?
Items must be picked up before the end of load out. You can select your appointment by clicking the link on your invoice after the auction is over.
What happens if I do not pick up my items?
Items not picked up during the scheduled removal times may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Can buyers from outside my state bid?
Yes. Online bidding allows buyers from across the country to participate.

APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL APPLY
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up.
STAGGERED/GROUP/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Tuesday, June 9th. The closing time of a lot or group of lots will be automatically reset to 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton, Missouri by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Wednesday, June 10th from 1 pm to 5 pm and Thursday, June 11th from 9 am to 12 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.
